Fruit & Spice • Fresh Mint or Spearmint • Fresh Orange or Lemon • Fresh melon • Fresh cucumber Optional spices: cardamom pod, vanilla bean, cinnamon stick, fresh ginger root

1. Brew tea by bringing 4 cups water to boil in a kettle. 2. Pour water into a heatproof pitcher and add tea bags. 3. Steep for 10 minutes with spice of choice as desired. 4. Allow hot tea to cool to room temperature. 5. Cut up fruit of choice and add to cooled tea.
